Stayed over few days ago while hunting in area and was just amazed how nice and Very helpful the owner was willing to make my stay enjoyable for me. Room was very nice and clean. Yes it is a small west tx town not much more than that. The towns people are very friendly and good home cooked meals across the road just a rock throw away . Hunter friendly for sure, will definitely be staying there again next time.
The owner is a super nice lady. The rooms aren't fancy but clean and it meets all your needs. We were passing through in super tired. They were handy and priced right. Glad we took a chance. It's not the Ritz but it's just a decent room plus you get to support a local small business. Go for it.

Rooms were very clean ,recent updates new beds , dressers, mirror, tile shower, new heat/a/c units . Owner very nice very accommodating... hunter friendly reason for my stay I hunt in the area . Wrote a review about a year ago . Nice place then but much nicer now they put a lot of work into the place . A Bargain by comparison .
I brought my kids to family ranch May, 25th and of course 1 of them left the phone charger. Owner so sweet she agreed to get it back to us with a self addressed stamped envelope and that was just the icing on the cake! Hot water showers! Cold AC! Clean rooms and perfect for coming in at end of day worn out!! I’ll stay here every time we come back!
I’ve hunted in Aspermont,TX , deer and dove. I hunt all year for hogs and Eurasian Doves at deer feeders. The last seven years I have stayed at the Budget Inn Aspermont, TX because of its electronic locks, economical stay, cleanliness, tankless hot water and new AC units. The rooms don’t smell like cigarettes, like other hotel non smoking rooms do.
It's a small, roadside motel. Conveniently located right off the highway. DQ was just down the street. Perfect place for an emergency overnight stay
At first glance the motel looks a bit shabby on the outside but our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the water was hot. My husband and I would stay here again. There was a flat screen TV with ample channels to choose from and microwave and refrigerator.
This place is THE BEST! The owner is so very sweet. My father is in nearby nursing home and we come on average about once a month. We prefer the same room each visit and we always get it. Once I called ahead just to let her know we were coming and she made it available to us at a time when she wasn't gonna be there at the time we arrived. We sleep SO good there, the bed is so comfortable!! There is large flat screen tv on the wall and a mini fridge. It's so perfect for our visit. It is within walking distance to the hospital and nursing home and to the nearby restaurant across the street. Hickman's has a great burger, we order the regular burger, and it's SO good. Once we ordered the Texan and it's gigantic, really too big, but overall it's good. The motel is on Highway 83 but we never hear traffic. Its very quiet and the sunsets and sunrises are so beautiful! We have been coming here for at least 6 months regularly and we will be back! It's home away from home to us!
The owner of the motel is a very sweet single mother trying to support her family. The rooms are clean and the prices are awesome. She will go out of her way to ensure you are satisfied. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you staying when in town. PS the doughnut shop down the street is all homemade and delicious. 6/3/22
